Suit- Crane - ordinary man who wins a trip to outer space from a beer bottle cap. During his journey he learns about love, life and that he is responsible for saving the world.
Nev Sayus - Alien doctor, who takes a shining to Crane. She tough, smart and has an axe to grind.
The Leader - Ruler of an alien planet and claims God speaks to him. Corrupt as he is insane.
Pen - Right hand man to the Leader. He's an expert with weapons, hand to hand combat and one liners.
Dao - God of an alternative universe.....evil.
